ADULTS

Brazilian Jiujitsu otherwise known as the “gentle art” is a form of grappling that uses leverage, technique, and proper timing to control without striking or harming your opponent. This concept has made Brazilian Jiujitsu among the most sought out martial arts for self-defence for kids and adults, as well as combat sports.

BEGINNERS CLASS

(WHITE BELTS)

An introduction to the four major positions of jiujitsu. This four module curriculum ensures students develop a strong foundation ready to advance to the wider spectrum of jiujitsu concepts.

FUNDAMENTALS CLASS

(ALL BELTS)

The core of the academy is taught in this class. Basic moves to advanced concepts are all shown with precise details, concentrating on achieving a well rounded game. Situational sparring ends this class letting students familiarise the technique of the day.

ADVANCED

(BLUE BELTS ABOVE)

This class ensures students are up to date with modern techniques and concepts. Lessons are taught in-depth with emphasis on the minute details of a move. Video analysis and Q&A sessions may also be introduced in this class.

COMPETITION CLASS

(ALL BELTS)

Designed to prepare students both physically and mentally, the competition class consists of hard drilling and rolling giving confidence and familiarity when students compete. Prepare to be pushed to your limits and brought closer to your potential.

NO-GI CLASS

(ALL BELTS)

Students in this class will learn how to adapt jiujitsu concepts without the gi uniform. A rash guard and no-gi shorts (without pockets or zippers) must be used in this class to ensure safety and hygiene.
